Another suicide letter to the Education Minister
Education Minister Bunmei Ibuki got a second letter today from a suicidal teen, who was inspired by the highly publicized letter earlier this week from a boy who threatened to kill himself if something wasn't done by November 11th.
That's tomorrow.

Hope both of them are BS'ing. I actually found a dropped suicide note from an elementary school about 3 weeks ago. It was bizarre, and apparently an attention-getting hoax, thank God. But how freaky...
