Mr. Fondle-Mountain gets caught fondling on his own train.

(GASP!) This is sooo wrong! A 50-year old employee of Tobu Railways was arrested for fondling a 24-year old beautician's thighs on a Tobu Railways train. Note: Tobu Railways recently launched an anti-molestation campaign to prevent women from being fondled on the train. So a Tobu Railways employee fondling a woman on a Tobu Railways train is not exactly sending the right message to all those other train perverts who are on the fence about whether they should act on their carnal desires to grope commuters. On a side note, the employee's name was Momiyama-san. This literally means "Mr. Fondle-Mountain." Read more here.
