The real Tachikoma can talk and walk like a human but drives like a car and can be controlled via the cockpit in its abdomen. This guy won't do all that, but he's deliberately made on a 1:20 scale so he can fit in your living room and just sit there and be cute and not cause any collateral damage with his rambunctious bursts of energy.
